Though we still have a few months to go before we actually see Hyundai's Intrado concept, Hyundai has now released a single image of the back of the car ahead of its unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show in March. The vehicle is a small SUV, seemingly about the size of Nissan Juke, but lower. The image was accompanied by such unhelpful statements from Hyundai as "it is more lifestyle than utility", so it's anyone's guess as to whether the seats fold down.

What we do know is that this will be a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. Possibly not exclusively sold as a hydrogen car, but definitely with the drivetrain as an option. That drivetrain will be an evolved version of the one which Hyundai will be offering in cars next year in limited markets. The platform will be otherwise unique, and Hyundai says that the Intrado will be used as a test bed for lightweight materials and construction techniques. In short, this would be one of the most technologically advanced mainstream cars in existence if Hyundai puts it into production and soon. We'll be watching with great interest.
