Hyundai’s 'N' Performance Sub-Brand Gets Serious With N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo

Concepts

High-performance Hyundais are coming.

A few years ago,Hyundai announced its high-performance N brand that would bring high-powered Hyundais to the public. At first, we didn’t take the Korean automaker seriously because it didn't have anything lined up for us to see. But now we have news that Hyundaiwill finally debut its sub-brand at the Frankfurt Motor Show with the N 2025Vision Gran Turismo concept. Unfortunately, Hyundai won’t build something likethe concept any time soon.

As the vehicle’sname suggests, the concept is a virtual racecar for the "Gran Turismo 6" videogame that displays the automaker’s “perspective on future performance characteristics.”Hyundai went on to state that the N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo study spotlights“sustainable technology and race car design, truly representing the futurepotential of Hyundai N.” Alongside the virtual racecar, Hyundai also plans tohave the RM15 concept car that was on display at the Seoul Motor Show earlierthis year. The RM15 concept car is the model for future high-performance Nmodels. While we like the idea of the N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo, it’s time forHyundai to show us something concrete.
