Los Angeles-based Icon trucks is doing some of the coolest work to classic off-road icons these days. From the Icon Bronco to the FJ-44, these 4x4s are completely refurbished to the highest standards and can handle any extreme road condition thrown at them. And now the small company has completed work on its Thriftmaster Pick Up, which started life out as a Chevy 3100 pickup. Powered by a 5.3-liter small-block V8, it can be upgraded with a supercharger that'll pump out a total of 435 horsepower and 458 lb-ft of torque.

The exterior retains that cool and classic vintage body with a matte paint job, and the bed has an ash wood surface. There's also stainless steel body hardware and plenty of brushed, nickel plated trim throughout. While it may look old school from the outside, the interior is a host of modern conveniences. The seats are covered in bison hide and there are jewelry grade hand crafted engraved and enameled dash knobs. Even the power windows are controlled by stock vintage style handles. With such fine craftsmanship, just five examples will be built at a cost of $220,000-$250,000 a pop.
