Even very good midsize sedans tend not be objects of desire for the general public. So in an effort to drum up a bit of excitement for its new XE model, Jaguar got some help from actor Idris Elba (of Luther and The Wire fame). His job was pretty simple, to drive the car to Berlin and make it look interesting. We got some updates along the way, but now that his journey is complete, Jaguar has released the following video recap, summarizing the whole trip nicely.

The car looks pretty sweet too, although it is still ultimately a midsized sedan.
