Good luck watching this new ad from Mazda without catching feelings. But let’s back up a bit. Mazda is launching a new slogan, “Driving Matters,” and as such there’s a media blitzkrieg for it. Part of that assault includes this ad, “A Driver’s Life.” It’s a commercial everyone can relate to as it follows a car owner from youth to adulthood. Of course that means ditching the Miata for something more practical once adulthood hits, say a Mazda 3 hatchback or a CX-5.
Ultimately, things come full circle and the boy who became a man gets his hands on the car he first fell in love with. If you’ve ever loved a car you’ll love this commercial.
