The 2010 Infiniti G37 Sedan continues to be available in four models: G37 Sedan, G37 Sedan Journey, G37X Sedan AWD, and G37S Sedan Sport 6MT. The exterior of the G37 Sedan is strikingly seductive with its sleek wave form hood, signature G-style taillights, and raked A-pillars and athletic stance. For 2010, the G37 Sedan has undergone a mild transformation that has included changes to the front and rear fascias, a new grille, new headlight treatments, and redesigned 17 inch wheels.

New for the 2010 model year is the availability of the sedan in two new exterior colors. The 201 Infiniti G37 Sedan's advanced engine, a powerful 3.7-liter V6, combines with the second generation FM (Front Mid-ship) platform. This features a 4-wheel independence suspension with lightweight aluminum components that provide responsive acceleration and agile handling. An added benefit of a lighter vehicle is its improved fuel efficiency. Ratings for the all rear-wheel drive models with automatic transmission are 19/27 mpg city/highway.

On the G37X AWD model, Infiniti has added the "intelligent" ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive system as a standard feature. Some of the new advanced technologies that Infiniti has built a reputation on including in its vehicles are now standard. Some of these include the Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition, rear view monitor, a touch screen Infiniti Navigation System with XM traffic updates, and a 9.3 GB Music Hard Drive. Inside, the interior of the G37 Sedan is nothing but luxurious and classy. Something the Japanese carmarker is an expert in.

The updates that have been carried out inside include optional aluminum trim, new white gauge color scheme and a center console design with revised lower center stack. The Advanced Climate Control System is a feature that automatically shuts outside air vents when exhaust fumes are detected, while its filter removes airborne allergens from the cabin.
