Nissan's luxury division Infiniti is on a quest to rebuild itself. Failure to do so could very well lead to its closure. And perhaps the best way to give Infiniti proper street cred is to go all out the first time around: just stuff the GT-R's 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 into the engine bay of the Infiniti Q50. Low and behold, you've got one ridiculously awesome BMW M5 fighter. The Eau Rouge Concept, as we should all know by now, is on its way to production.

And now it's been confirmed by Nissan that it'll have its official live debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next week. Word has it that it'll have an output of around 550 horsepower and a 0-62 mph time of less than four seconds, but we won't know the actual specs for a few more days. We're saying it right now: if this car fails to impress, then Infiniti could be in real trouble.
