For China only.
Nissan’s tiny Juke crossover may be one of the company’s more controversial designs, but its success will soon spawn a rebadged luxury version of the car, dubbed the Infiniti ESQ. Initially earmarked for the Chinese market only, the premium crossover will feature a new front grille and exterior trim upgrades, in addition to a luxurious interior and 18-inch wheels. According to Chinese media, the ESQ will be offered with the Juke’s 1.6-liter turbocharged four-pot, producing 197 horsepower.
This engine will be mated to a CVT gearbox and all-wheel drive. Whether or not this model makes it to other markets remains to be seen – stay tuned for more details.
