The upcoming GMC Hummer will share very little with its military ancestors. For starters, GMC's new off-roader will be an all-electric competitor to the Tesla Cybertruck and Rivian R1T and R1S. The H1 Hummer sold for civilian use is the very definition of a gas-guzzling SUV. The military-only Humvee is no different, but you're far less likely to see one driving around town. The military does sell decommissioned surplus units from time to time, and it's probably where this HUMVEE slant back originated from.

Up for sale right now on eBay is this street-legal 1993 Humvee modified by Florida-based HummerKingz. But first thing's first. This is not an H1 but rather a full-on military Humvee equipped with a military top, armor, and turret. It's actually a full spinning turret with an M2 machine gun replica attached.

Inside is a fully customized interior with three-point seat belts, ballistic Kevlar seats, custom steering wheel, 7-inch touchscreen stereo with 6 speakers, and Bluetooth. And if you think the replica M2 gun is a bit crazy, there's more. There's a front mount rhino set up with a head unit, rear adjustable satellite communication antenna mast with a custom dome, rear airlift bumper with shackles and extender, a trailer hookup, a heavy-duty tool kit on the hood, heavy-duty shocks, front and rear camera systems, and thicker glass.

There's also a full rhino-lined interior bed along with numerous antenna mounts and other related spare parts, while the exterior features a cool digital camo paint job.

Needless to say, this thing gets tons of attention no matter where it goes. Remember, it can be driven anywhere despite its many add-ons. No doubt it'll look quite unusual parked outside Costco. And because it's four-wheel-drive, it can easily handle anything off-pavement.

Under the hood is a V8 engine, though the listing doesn't specify which. It's either 6.2- or 6.5-liter diesel paired to three- or four-speed automatic transmission. Not surprisingly, the seller has a high asking price, listed at $89,000. Someone crazy enough out there willing to drive this thing around probably won't have any hesitations about that price.
