Let's kill some kids to make our point, shall we?

The road to hell is paved with good-intentioned government agencies that go a little bit overboard while trying to make their point. Sure, an anti-speeding television spot is obviously a good cause, especially when it is intended to curb road fatalities and save people's lives. But do you really have to kill a bunch of innocent children to get your message across? The government of Northern Ireland obviously thinks the answer is 'yes,' as this new ad clearly proves.
