It starts at just under $33,000, but the Audi A3 2.0T Quattro gets very expensive very quickly. Those options add up fast. But still, if you're in the market for an entry-level Audi, this is the one to look at. Forget the base 1.8T A3. Not only does it not come with all-wheel-drive, it's simply not powerful enough. You'd be better off spending your hard-earned cash on a VW Golf, which is built on the same platform.
But back to the 2.0T: is it worth the money and is it any better than the current champ of the entry-level luxury sedan segment, the Mercedes CLA? Heck, is the new BMW 2 Series a better choice? Or is it the Golf GTI that deserves your money? Matt Farah investigates.
