They call the Nissan GT-R the supercar killer, so what do you call a car that can match Godzilla on the track? The 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat came up against a Nismo-tuned Nissan GT-R on the track and both cars were stock. This is the first Nismo GT-R in the US, while the Hellcat was riding on Nitto 555Rs. As you'll see the quarter-mile sprint was very close, with the Hellcat pipping the GTR to the 1/8-mile point.

And by the time the 1/4-mile line rolled around, the Hellcat had maintained its lead, with a time of 11.187 seconds at 124.48 mph. The GT-R was a fraction behind with a time of 11.277 seconds at 124.37 mph. So, can everyone start calling the 707-hp Hellcat a supercar now, please?
