It's been just a couple of days since Chevrolet pulled the sheets off its all-new 2014 Corvette Stingray and already images have hit the web of what's supposedly the convertible variant. What's interesting is that we honestly don't know who created them. They were originally posted by The Auto Insider but it didn't say how it got them. So are these leaked GM images? GM's official answer is no. Jalopnik has reported that Chevy's Director of Communications claims these are "not" photos of the car.

So if they're not real then these are without question some of the best renderings we've ever seen. In fact, some of us around the CarBuzz office think the convertible looks even better than the coupe. So now the question we're going to be left wondering is when Chevy plans to officially unveil the convertible. We're hoping it'll be at the New York Auto Show in late March.
