After ticking every possible option on his brand new 2015 BMW F80 M3, the owner of this murdered-out hi-po sedan decided he needed to go one step further. Make that a few steps. The optional seven-speed DCT, carbon-ceramic brakes, 19-inch 437M alloys, Blackline front grilles and side markers, LED headlights, head-up display and surround-view camera are all outstanding options, but one thing was missing: a serious exhaust system.

Mulgari was tasked with fitting the M3 with a full Akrapovic Evolution exhaust, complete with titanium tailpipe tip installation that is certainly a first for the UK - and perhaps the world. (If you know of any others, please let us know). While the unique exhaust gas plumbing remains hidden, the titanium artwork is there for all to see. We previously reported on a M4 convertible with beautiful carbon weave tips, but the titanium finish on this project is far more understated. The exhaust, however, is more than just for show. The larger bore pipes with reduced back pressure results in output of the 3.0-liter turbocharged six cylinder engine increasing by 7 hp and 12 lb-ft of torque to 432 hp and 417 lb-ft.

Overall performance is also enhanced as the new exhaust saves 3 kg in weight, and the sound is like something from a Formula 1 car. The M3 also received a 3DDesgin carbon-fiber aero package including a front splitter, fenders, side skirts, and rear diffuser, along with a matching trunk spoiler and mirror shells.
