Almost one year ago Ford surprised the world with its all-new GT Concept. We were told right away that not only would it race at Le Mans (and other endurance events) but also that a production version was coming. Could it be revealed next month at Detroit? We're willing to bet that'll happen, but until then it appears that that production GT has been leaked online. Thanks to the crew over at the Ford GT forum Facebook page, what you're looking does, in fact, appear to be the street legal GT.

Notice the side mirrors are now larger and lights integrate into the front bumper, which is now glossy black as opposed to the matte black seen on the concept. The 2017 GT is expected to go on sale sometime next year so Detroit would, once again, be the ideal venue for this big reveal. We'll bring you more details the moment we have them.
