Italian Hypercars Hit the Nurburgring

Supercar

A pair of extremely rare modified Italian hypercars took part in a photo shoot just a few days ago at the Nurburgring.

Go to the famed Nurburgring track in Germany and you're bound to find a wonderful array of high-performance cars and prototypes hitting the pavement. But imagine your luck to be there when not one but two ultra-rare, Italian-built hypercars just happen to be out doing a photo shoot, both of them based on track versions of the Ferrari Enzo. Car spotter "Gumbal" managed to record a Maserati MC12 Corsa and Ferrari Enzo ZXX, both tuned by Edo Competition. They were taking part in GranTurismo events as well as a photo shoot.

Each car sports ZR Auto emblems, the team that ran a yellow Ferrari Enzo into salt water in the 2011 Targa Newfoundland. Edo Competition was charged with fixing the severe damage and it seems to have has done a good job, judging by this video.
