Aehra, the all-electric Milanese brand behind the Aehra SUV, has revealed preview images of the upcoming Sedan that will be revealed on June 16 at the Milano Monza Motor Show.

The early teaser images depict a rather handsome vehicle with sleek lines to rival the best the industry has to offer. A voluptuous front end resembles a dramatic supercar, with prominent front fenders flowing into the side of the vehicle. Equal parts muscular and graceful, the Sedan boasts a curvaceous rump that tapers elegantly toward the trunk lid. Slim taillights appear hidden beneath the rear decklid.

"At Aehra, we do not believe in creating unrepresentative concept cars, so when we unveil the new Sedan at the Milano Monza Moving Motor Show on June 16th, the car will look virtually identical to the final production model that will arrive in 2026," said Filippo Perini, Aehra's Head of Design.

Following the reveal in June, Aehra plans to launch the Sedan in 2026, with an initial rollout in North America, China, Europe, and the Gulf States. Customer deliveries of the four-door sedan and its SUV sibling will commence in the same year.

Aehra says the Porsche Taycan rival will "usher in a new era of ultra-premium, exquisitely beautiful emission-free mobility." The Sedan shares the same EV architecture you'll find in the SUV. With recyclable carbon fiber composite materials, both models should be relatively lightweight.

Perini, who previously headed up Lamborghini's design department, told Autocar that the Sedan is the best-looking vehicle he has ever designed - high praise from the man who helped style the Aventador and Reventon. The Sedan will reportedly have more in common with a supercar than a traditional four-door car, which sounds promising.

Aehra has also said the Sedan will sport unique doors, which will differ from the SUV's scissor doors. "It is [difficult] to do a car like this, a premium [sedan]. You can't be shy with the design," added Perini.

It won't just be a pretty face, either. The Sedan is expected to use the same drivetrain found in the SUV. As such, we can expect around 800 horsepower from either two or three electric motors. Aehra is yet to narrow down on a supplier for this crucial component. Overall, the Sedan will share as much as 70% of the SUV's components.

With a 120 kWh battery, the upcoming EV should be able to travel up to 500 miles on a single charge. As for cost, expect the Aehra Sedan to be priced at $170,000 - slightly less than the SUV is expected to retail for.

Aehra has high hopes for both models, with a projected production capacity of 25,000 units of each vehicle per annum, which is a tall order. Lucid knows a thing or two about struggling to meet production goals, so hopefully, Aehra can navigate around the various issues facing a start-up.

Company CEO Hazim Nada told Autocar that Aehra chose to reveal the SUV first as the segment is one of the most popular. "The evolution of our vehicles' shape is more evident in the SUV compared to the [sedan]." Nada didn't reveal much about the forthcoming vehicle but described it as a "concept on the road."

With a facelifted Porsche Taycan on the horizon and Lotus also plotting an electric super sedan, Aehra will have a hard time challenging the established brands.
