If recent reports are to be believed, Jaguar will roll out a new F-Type derivative every 12-18 months throughout its lifecycle. We suspect a coupe variant will be the first to break cover, with an ultra-high-performance flagship to follow. But what about the current model? Having debuted at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the F-Type will soon be hitting the showroom floor. So to build up some hype, Jaguar has finally allowed road test reviews of its beautiful new roadster.

XCars is one of the first to get its review into cyberspace, with presenter Alex Goy delivering his verdict on the E-Type's spiritual successor. Both visually and aurally spectacular, the F-Type is a car you want to spend time with. Even if just via the medium of video.
