Flagship sedan getting a mid-cycle nip-tuck.
As Jaguar readies its facelifted XJ in time for the Paris Motor Show, our spy photographers have caught the refreshed flagship sedan doing some laps of the Nurburgring. The mid-cycle update will include a new front bumper with restyled intakes, a smaller grille, revised taillights, a new rear bumper and redesigned tailpipes. A lack of room in the rear will continue to frustrate buyers until the next-gen model arrives a few years down the line, while engine options will also carry over unchanged. There’s nothing official, but a plug-in hybrid variant could join the range.
