It's been a long time coming, but the Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake is ready to light up the Geneva show floor next week and this leaked image gives us a glimpse of what to expect of the hi-po wagon. The new XFR-S Sportbrake is based on the XFR-S performance sedan – Jaguar has seemingly skipped over the XFR and went straight for the top dog - and comes with its 5.0-liter supercharged V8 rated at 542 hp and 502 lb-ft of torque that's sent to the rear wheels via an eight-speed auto.

Autocar claims it will sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds and have a top speed of around 180 mph. From the solitary image, we can see the potent estate has the same lines as the sedan but comes wearing an aggressive body kit, beefier bumpers, large front air vents and meaty alloys. Competing with the likes of the Mercedes E63 AMG wagon and Audi RS6 Avant, the XFR-S Sportbrake will be priced at "just over £80k" when it hits UK showrooms later this year.
