Hottest FWD hatch just got a lot hotter.
German tuner JE Design has just released images and specs for its Seat Leon Cupra project. The Cupra - which recently posted the fastest recorded Nurburgring lap for a FWD car - has just become an even hotter hatch than it was before. The tuner has managed to extract 345 horsepower from the Leon Cupra’s turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, with an equally-awesome 324 lb-ft of torque delivered after the tuning. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 5.1 seconds.
JE Design then added 19-inch alloy wheels with a matte black finish, in addition to faux carbon-fiber side skirts and a new front spoiler. The firm also offers a four-pipe exhaust system, lowering springs and a KW coilover suspension, bringing the car 45 mm closer to the ground.
