Jeep has unveiled the final crop of teaser images for this year's Easter Jeep Safari, and surprise, the vehicles are electrified. "Trail Marker 3" features all of the pictures released up until now, with two notable additions being the next iteration of the Magneto, the 3.0, and an old-school throwback in an SJ Cherokee that appears to have been updated with an electrified drivetrain.

It's no secret that Jeep has fully embraced the move to electric. Massive amounts of torque and horsepower ready in an instant and off-roading are a match made in heaven. As batteries get more energy-dense and chargers more widespread, more people can venture into the outdoors with electrified power. Jeep wants to spread electric love, which is why the past few Jeep Safaris have been full of electric concepts and will continue to be in the future.

As for the two newest concepts, let's take a look at the SJ Cherokee first. The first generation of the Cherokee line, it was introduced in 1974 and lasted until 1983. The vehicle was based on the larger Wagoneer but only had two doors and was aimed at a younger clientele as the sportier model. It helped to spawn a legend and was not only the first vehicle referenced as a 'Sport Utility Vehicle' but also featured the largest engine ever put into a Jeep, the 6.6-liter 4-barrel AMC V8.

This concept image seems to have skipped the V8 though. The bright yellow Cherokee wears some retro decals and fender flairs while sitting on some beefy off-road tires.

The front bumper appears to be right off of a Jeep Wrangler, and most importantly features a blue tow hook right off of a 4xe model signaling the electric drivetrain. Other than that the lights look like LEDs and it appears the side-view mirror has been replaced with a charging port like on the Magneto, but it's hard to tell for sure.

Speaking of the Magneto, the teaser image released is a red, white, and blue spectacle. In a shot from the hood, the most prominent detail is the name of the car: Magneto 3.0. This very obviously makes it the next iteration of the all-electric rock-crawling Wrangler the company has brought with them the past two years, and we expect it will bring a substantial increase in specs as last year's model did.

The Magneto 2.0 was quite the revelation in 2022. It featured a custom axial flux motor, four battery packs, and again, a freaking six-speed manual transmission. Built on 800-volt electric architecture, the beast produced 625 hp and 850 lb-ft of instant torque and could even muster a 0-60 sprint in just 2.0 seconds. We know Jeep is probably going to one-up these numbers, so we're really excited to see what the new concept brings.

From there, the company again released the images from the last two reveals. We know two of the concepts are going to show off lots of Jeep Performance Parts, and another bright pink 4xe Wrangler is also going to make a debut. More importantly, the company is bringing an off-road Wagoneer and what appears to be a wild, bright green two-door pickup based on the Wrangler. We can't wait to see them uncovered in just a few weeks as the 57th Safari gets underway April 1-9.
