Jeep has announced some upgrades for the 2015 Grand Cherokee and its SRT sibling. The stock model is bolstered by a Summit variant that adds a new Argentina Tan leather interior with black contrast stitching and "dark open-pore wood trim." It also boasts illuminated sill plates, active noise cancellation tech, and an acoustic laminated windshield. Jeep has also created a Summit California Edition that features body-color mirrors, door handles, and lower body, as well as platinum chrome accents and 20-inch Satin Carbon alloys.

The 2015 Grand Cherokee SRT also receives modest revisions, including a new Active Noise Cancelling system that utilizes four microphones to eliminate intrusive noises from entering the cabin. Under the hood, the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 is boosted by 5 hp and 5 lb-ft of torque, with output now rated at 475 hp and 470 lb-ft. Connected to an eight-speed auto, the hi-po SUV can sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 160 mph. There's also a new Red Vapor Special Edition that adds gloss-black accents, a red engine cover and 20-inch Black Chrome alloys. Inside, the cabin sports light black chrome accents, Radar Red trim and backlit steering-wheel controls.
