Okay, it's hilarious as far as commercials go.
Jeremy Clarkson is continuing his work as an Amazon pitchman, this time talking about the wonders of the company’s new drone delivery fleet. You’ll remember that very recently Clarkson filmed a spot about the Amazon Fire TV Stick, taking a little jab at the BBC in the process. This commercial features no jabs at past employers or coworkers (cough, The Stig) but does feature the presenter’s trademark dry British humor along with some awesome footage of an actual Amazon drone in action.
It’s interesting to see Clarkson doing TV ads since most people know him only from his work on “Top Gear.” Amazon gave him, James May and Richard Hammond a ton of money to make their new show so it only makes sense that the Internet company wants a little more than just a TV show in return.
