Murcielago

For those who haven't been keeping up on the latest celebrity news, hip-hop producer Jermaine Dupri has gone and gotten himself into a bit of financial trouble. Much of the issue seems to revolve around tax problems, with his having been hit a while back with a bill for $3 million in back taxes. He had to borrow money to pay this, and the resulting lawsuit from his failure to pay back the lenders could cost him his record label. Oh, and he still owes $800,000 to Uncle Sam.

Compared to this, his car problems might seem minor, but they are the latest in a string of such incidents. Back in 2011, Dupri decided to stop making payments on his $330,000 Lamborghini Murcielago, and the car was subsequently repossessed. The money was owed to Premier Financial Services, who slapped him with a lawsuit for the remaining balance of $79,095. JD decided to simply ignore the lawsuit, and now a judge has ordered him to pay up. Money must be tight for the mogul, but this is really pretty small compared to his other bills at the moment.
