Presenting 'The Ken Block Collection.'
Earlier this year, Ken Block parted ways with Ford. He stayed in the news by selling his record-breaking Subaru a month later, before news of his new oddball rally car reached us. Now, the legendary driver is selling a collection of special cars that he's piloted over the years, but before you get excited about the chance to own his Mustang, you may be disappointed to know that the Hoonicorn is not a part of this collection. Instead, two Fiestas and the 1986 Ford RS200 that he's called his "dream car" are on offer, and they're just as special in their own ways.
The first car is a 2011 Ford Fiesta ST called "GYM43", after the Gymkhana Three film in which Block hooned the car. It was built for the sole purpose of showcasing Block's driving flair and boasts a welded body on a seam-welded chassis, as well as an Olsbergs engine producing 600 horsepower. The other Fiesta ST is a 2013 model called "RX43", which appeared in the sixth and eighth Gymkhana films, as well as the simply epic Terrakhana. Unlike the other Fiesta, this one is a multipurpose vehicle and handed Block his first-ever Global Rallycross win. It also raced Lewis Hamilton in a drag race that basically broke the internet.
Finally, we have the most desirable offering of all: Ken Block's RS200 Evolution. It was already a special car being one of 200 homologation specials built in the '80s for Group B rallying. In true Hoonigan style, it's been heavily modified and now produces an astonishing 700 hp. Features include a custom interior, forged wheels, and of course, extensive suspension upgrades. If you're interested in any of these vehicles, they'll be on show at LBI Limited's Pontiac, Michigan showroom, although the sales will be facilitated online at the dealer's website. But as is always the case, don't expect these cars to go cheap.
