Ken Block Launches His Own Hot Wheels Line

/ Comments

For as little as $1, you can now own your own Ken Block Ford Fiesta...kind of.

It seems as if Ken Block is everywhere these days. And rightfully so, as he's currently one of (if not) the best the rally drivers in the world. And in recent years he's been capitalizing even more by stamping his name to everything from shoes to sportswear, hats, and other commercial sports items. And it's worked quite well, as the Ken Block brand has raked in millions of dollars. So what should come next? Toys, or more specifically Hot Wheels.

Hitting the shelves just in time for the holidays, kids can ask their parents, aka Santa (there, I said it), for a variety of Ken Block toy cars. Beginning with the 1:64 scale Ford Fiesta, which comes in either black or white, it'll have a "base" price of just $1.00. Moving up the trim levels, you can opt for the Hot Wheels RC Nitro Speeders Ken Block Fiesta, which is basically a tiny radio control car that's priced at $26. May sound a bit expensive, but it'll surely provide many hours of cheap entertainment (at least until someone likely steps on it).

And finally there's the 1:16 scale Hot Wheels Ken Black RC Stunt Car. Believe it or not, it can go up to 80mph in scale speed in a scant two seconds. It also comes with two drift modes. Total cost: $45. No matter which one fits best within your budget, they'll likely sell very well. Interested? Check out Toys R Us, Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart and Pep Boys or the Mattel website.
