Ken Block must be running out of exotic locations to use as a backdrop while torturing the tires of souped-up Fords in the popular Gymkhana series. We've recently seen the rally star perform increasingly ambitious and death-defying stunts, from jumping dunes in a Ford F-150 Raptor, to pushing a Fiesta to its limits driving up sheer vertical peaks and getting some serious airtime. For his next automotive adventure, Block will be tackling the perilous Pikes Peak hill climb, known for being one of the most challenging circuits in the world.

Block's car of choice to take on the fearsome high-altitude hill climb course? His 1,400-hp Mustang Hoonicorn V2, of course. A teaser for the latest Gykmhana spin off, aptly called 'Climbkhana,' has just dropped, confirming a release for next week on September 25. It's about time, because Climbkhana was first announced nearly a year ago.

You can always rely on Ken Block to throw a car around obstacles with godlike skill and precision. The stakes are even higher this time since Pikes Peak is filled with sheer cliff drops, so there's no margin for error - the shot of Block drifting the Mustang inches away from the edge is excruciating to watch. This could well be the most insane Gymkhana video yet, and that's saying something after last month's Terrakhana which was essentially an off-road version of Gymkhana. We'll be watching with our hands over our eyes when the full video drops next week - hopefully it will be well worth the wait.
