Honda plans to debut their all-electric 2013 Fit EV at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show, exactly one year after the Japanese automaker brought their Fit EV Concept to the premier auto event in the City of Angels. They will also bring their 2012 CR-V for debut alongside the new Fit. From Honda's website, they comment that "With a new design-both inside and out, new features and new possibilities, the 2012 CR-V will set a new standard for the class."

They continued: "As a top-selling crossover for over five years, expectations for the 2012 CR-V are high and we're confident they will not only be met, but exceeded. Much more will be revealed over the next several months so be sure to sign up on this page to receive updates." The new U.S.-spec CR-V will seat seven and runs on a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder powerplant. In the rest of the world, the CR-V will be offered with a 2.4-liter engine with a 175hp output. The 2013 Fit EV will be Honda's first-ever pure-electric vehicle sold in the U.S.

It should enter production next year, run on an electric motor, run a range of 100 miles and hit a top speed of 100mph. The 2012 CR-V will go on sale sometime next year. Both Honda models will make their debuts on November 16th at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
