Aggressive styling, more power and less weight will help the new Huracan be just as successful as its predecessor.
The Lamborghini Gallardo’s successor will be unveiled early next year and go on sale late 2014. By all accounts it will be called the Huracan and these spy shots of the upcoming model frolicking in the snow offers the best look yet at the Raging Bull’s Ferrari 458 fighter. While it shares the current Gallardo’s classic wedge shape design, you can see a longer, lower hood in the spy shots, giving it a sleeker design.
Another new styling trait is the trio of intakes that dominate the front bumper. The Lamborghini Huracan will be powered by an updated version of the Gallardo's 5.2-liter V10 with around 600 horsepower sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It will be built on an all-new aluminum spaceframe platform that will also serve as the basis of the next Audi R8.
