611 horses directed exclusively to its rear wheels.
The other day, we showed you an early leak of Lamborghini's newest and hottest model, the Huracan LP620-2 Super Trofeo. Now, the company has officially unveiled the newest member of its racing series, featuring additional power (611 horsepower over the standard Huracan's 602) and a rear-wheel drive setup. More than just a track-oriented Huracan, Lamborghini says that this "is an all-new car built from scratch with a clear racing concept".
The Super Trofeo takes the Huracan's streamlined design to new extremes, with a new front bumper including a large front splitter and carbon canards, matte gray paint with red accents, a revamped hood with large air outlets and new air intakes. There are also "shark fins" on the front wheel arches, new side skirts and a massive, menacing wing at the rear. A dual center exhaust and tremendous diffuser complete the design at the rear.
