According to a recent report from French publication TF1, Lamborghini is planning to unveil a highly exclusive, limited-run supercar that will be called the Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4. This new vehicle will be based off the Lamborghini Aventador SV and will celebrate the hundredth anniversary of the founder of the Italian carmaker, Ferruccio Lamborghini. It goes without saying, but we're extremely excited for the new supercar.

Apparently, the numbers following the Centenario (770-4), refer to the upcoming supercar's rumored 6.5-liter V12 that will make 770 hp. The enormous V12 is estimated to assist the supercar in getting to 62 mph in around 2.7 seconds and onto a top speed of more than 215 mph. The Centenario is expected to get some visual changes and aerodynamic modifications to help coax interested buyers to fork up the anticipated $1 million price tag. With only 20 anticipated examples, the Centenario is expected to be sold in extremely limited numbers with a potential roadster example in the future. Lamborghini plans to unveil the Centenario at next year's Geneva motor show.
