Lando Norris has pretty great taste in cars, and the McLaren 765LT Spider he just took ownership of is no different. In a short video the company released, its #1 driver heads to the McLaren headquarters in Woking, England to see his car in the flesh for the first time and discuss all of the big and little details that McLaren Special Operations (MSO) put in place to set the MSO Lando Norris 1 of 1 apart from everything else.

The British driver is currently enjoying the life of an F1 pulling in loads of cash for the foreseeable future. Just a couple of months ago, he showed us what his perfect Artura would look like, and we imagine he put in an order for the vehicle soon after. Both cars appear to be heavily influenced by his yellow and blue personal branding, which is really taken up a notch in the 765LT Spider.

This car is all about aesthetics, so we're not even going to get into the vehicle's incredible driving dynamics or insane 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. Walking up to the 765LT Spider, the first thing you're greeted by is tons and tons of gorgeous Gloss Blue Tint Visual Carbon Fiber with contrasting Satin Visual Carbon Fiber.

"I'm a carbon lover," he says. "The more carbon I can have, the better," which is why he went with all three available Carbon Fiber exterior packages. They include things like carbon fiber fenders, diffusers, air intakes, sides skirts, door mirrors, hood, wing, and much, much more.

Contrasting the blue is Lando's personal yellow color on the brake calipers, interior stitching, and more. It wakes up the design in a subtle way, especially used with the even more subtle four-stripe "Lando Graphic" logo.

The logo represents Lando's own racing number, but in a way that isn't as in your face as the massive number four. He decided to litter it throughout the car in different places, starting with his key fob and directly above the left headlight.

The interior features a lovely dark blue color scheme that goes surprisingly well with the dark blue exterior. The Carbon fiber racing seats are finished in Navy Blue with Napier stitching and emblazoned with Lando's LN4 branding on the driver's headrest - the only place Lando felt it would be suitable to have his logo without looking like a tool.

There's an MSO Custom Dark Tint Carbon Union Flag Sill with Lando Graphic visible on the door sills, along with floor mats finished with LN4 branding and Napier stitching.

An MSO Custom steering wheel with Blue Tint Carbon Fade, white 12 o'clock marker, and Lando Graphic is there to let him know he's sitting in something one of a kind, along with a little plaque that confirms the exclusive 1-of-1 commissioned vehicle.

There's one detail under the front hood that takes it a notch above the rest, though, and that's the inclusion of signatures from people who helped design the car along with important McLaren figures like McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown. These were signed onto the carbon before being lacquered over, meaning they'll be there forever.

It's an awesome vehicle, and there's no question we'll see him showing up to races in it in the future. The real question will be, will the McLaren Formula 1 team's fortunes change soon, or will something drastic need to happen to turn the tide?
