Last week Lexus hinted at an upcoming release entitled "Unleash the LFA". At the time we didn't know what it would entail, but now the Japanese auto marque announced it as a contest. Lexus enthusiasts can now enter into a raffle for a chance to win a day on the track in the Japanese company's celebrated supercar. To promote its Golden Opportunity Sales Event, Lexus is giving one lucky fan the chance to pilot the 552-horsepower LFA around the Laguna Seca track.

The lucky fan won't be going onto the track blindly, as a day of high-speed driving instruction will be provided by pro driver Scott Pruett and the good folks over at the Skip Barber Racing School. Unfortunately for some, the contest is only offered to American residents.
