Back in February, we saw the new Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance and learned that it would come with a 5.0-liter V8 producing 472 horsepower and 395 lb-ft of torque - enough for a 0-60 mph time of just 4.5 seconds. Last month, we got to go for a ride in the new car and it showed us that while Lexus may be considering a hydrogen car and toying with the idea of a small, lightweight sports car, the luxury automaker still knows how to make bigger performance cars hustle. We've been waiting to learn more about the new car, but while Lexus hasn't given us much to go on, a leaked brochure seems to spill all the beans.

The brochure reveals the color palette of the new car early on: Ultra White, Caviar, Iridium, Infrared (formerly only available on the RC and LC coupes), Atomic Silver, Grecian Water, Cloudburst Gray, and Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 (based on the launch color of the last IS F) will all be offered. The IS 500 F Sport Performance Launch Edition will also get its own unique finish, called Incognito. This model gets 19-inch forged BBS alloy wheels in matte black as standard, along with an Ash Wood finish for the trim, although the former can be specced as an option on the regular IS 500 F Sport Performance too. Alternatively, 19-inch wheels from Enkei can be added to your build.

Inside, leather will not be offered. Instead, you get Nuluxe in Black, Circuit Red, or White. Each of these will be paired with trim accents in Black Geometric. However, this is not the final word in colors and options, as the brochure reveals options that you wouldn't expect to pay for in America like the 10.3-inch infotainment display with navigation (as opposed to the standard eight-inch screen). The options of a 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system, memory seats, and a rear sunshade are other clues that this brochure is for the Canadian market, but we could be wrong. We'll hopefully learn more in the coming weeks.
