This month marks the release of Men in Black: International, a new spin-off movie in the science fiction comedy series starring Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson. For gearheads, the film will also feature a heavily modified 2020 Lexus RC F with flying abilities. Just before the film's theatrical release, Lexus has given us a better look at the RC F in flight mode. Presenting the Lexus QZ 618 Galactic Enforcer jet, the first in the brand's new jet-class fleet.

Currently available only to MIB agents, the RC F jet is powered by hybrid transformer technology. At the push of a button, it can morph from a 2020 Lexus RC F sport coupe into the most powerful IFO (Identified Flying Object) ever engineered by Lexus. Further distinguishing it is a unique Umbra Black paint finish, which Lexus describes as "the darkest black in the entire universe." Six other exterior colors are also available. "The Lexus jet reflects the future of the Lexus brand – the far, far distant future," said Lisa Materazzo, vice president of Lexus marketing. "With the most advanced alien-fighting technology, performance and sophisticated styling, it's in a class of its own."

According to Lexus, the Enforcer Jet is the result of an information exchange between the Men in Black and an alien partner. This enabled Lexus to secure Quasar Power Source Technology (QPST) that uses the power of the nearest Active Galactic Nucleus to travel anywhere in the universe in seconds. Quasi-Stellar Objects are found in every galaxy that has a supermassive black hole at the center, which is why all QPST-powered Lexus vehicles are named after black holes. In this case, the RC F jet is named after the Black Hole TON 618.

"The Lexus RC F sports coupe and QZ 618 Galactic Enforcer jet provide the perfect vehicles for our team of Men in Black agents as they protect the galaxy," said Jeffrey Godsick, EVP, Brand Management and Global Partnerships, Sony Pictures Motion Picture Group.

Available features for the flying Lexus jet include an IGPS (Inter-Galactic Positioning System), Amazon Alexa (who understands all seven trillion alien languages), Gamma-ray headlights and Infinite scaling technology. There are three driving modes: EcoDrive, SportDrive, and QuantumDrive, as well as light-speed-matching capability. Inside the comfortable cabin, you'll find "intergalactically sourced, ethically spawned Adorian leather."

Safety features include Lexus' latest transforming seats with 31-point harnesses "to accommodate every body type in the universe" and Lexus Safety System+ with available force field technology. As for performance, the Enforcer Jet does 122 MPG (Millennia Per Gallon) and rockets from 0-62 in 0.0000000000001 nanoseconds.

If you hadn't already guessed, Lexus won't be putting the Enforcer Jet into production since the futuristic vehicle was computer generated for the film. You can see it in action when Men in Black: International lands in US theaters on June 14.
