We would like to first start off by congratulating the Audi team for their 10th victory at Le Mans 24 Hours. And in honor of their latest win, the German automaker has announced R8 V8 Limited Edition. The Limited Edition will feature a titanium effect paint finish and carbon package options, in addition to an R8 GT inspired 19-inch 5-arm double-spoke alloy wheels. The brake calipers and interior trim detailing will be in crimson red to go along with Black Fine Nappa Leather- upholstered seats and headrests.

Under the hood, the 4.2-liter V8 FSI engine will be able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in a blistering speed of 4.6 seconds in both manual and R tronic automated manual versions of the R8 V8 Limited Edition. The R8 V8 can reach a top speed of 187 mph. It will also be available in a Carbon Package that consists of carbon sigma sideblades, door mirrors, inlays and door sill trims. It will also include the racing-inspired material engine bay surround frame. The Audi R8 V8 will command a starting price of £93,935 or $150,585 and will be available to order from July. First deliveries are set to begin in October.
