Using Bentley's augmented reality app (Bentayga EWB AR Visualiser), you can place, design, and drive a Bentayga Extended Wheelbase (EWB) in or outside your house.

We scaled ours down to fit on the desk, but people with a more serious mindset can check out what a Bentayga would look like in the driveway, configure it inside and out, and take it for a virtual drive in a real-life location.

In its press release, Bentley claims the app is new, but it has been around for a few years. While it's laggy sometimes, it's a lot of fun and surprisingly practical as a configurator.

If you're in the market for an extended Bentayga, you can create your personally commissioned car.

If you can't choose, Bentley has lined up two pre-configured examples to play with or use as a starting point. The two configurations show off two sides of Bentley; one is more about luxury and harmony, while the other leans into performance.

The luxury example has a Rose Gold exterior, while the interior is dressed with Porpoise and Linen hide. The performance version shows a Grey Violet exterior and Damson and Linen leather with contrast stitching.

Both examples are in the Azure Specification, which features rear-seat entertainment, Bentley Diamond Illumination, and Bentley's new lofted quilting design for the cabin. The EWB version of the Bentayga is 3.1 inches longer than standard and allows Bentley to claim best-in-class interior dimensions. For the ultimate in luxury, it can be configured with the Bentley Airline Seat specification.

Power comes from Bentley's tried and true V8 petrol engine making just over 540 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque, perfect for swishing the owner around in style.

For a paid driver, it could be the best office in the world, and, to help them keep their job, the Bentayga EWB also features a Bentley Dynamic Ride anti-roll system and all-wheel steering.
