Both cosmetic and mechanical in nature.
Having spied a BMW X4 wearing M Performance parts recently, a range of performance upgrades for the BMW X4, both mechanical and cosmetic in nature, will be showcased at the 2014 Essen Motor Show later this month. Available for both the BMW X3 and X4, exterior upgrades include a black kidney grille, carbon finish mirror caps and rear spoiler, and 21-inch M Performance alloys.
Inside, options include stainless-steel LED door sill plates with illuminated logos, an Alcantara-wrapped M Performance steering wheel, carbon gearshift lever, and carbon or Alcantara/carbon trim. Performance upgrades see the xDrive30d upped by 27 hp to 286 hp and torque increased to 442 lb-ft, while the BMW X4 xDrive35i receives an M Performance valve silencer. A dual M Performance exhaust complete with chrome pipes is available on certain other X4 models.
