Also receives new body kit with loads of carbon-fiber.
It's time for the M4 tuning-fest to begin! German tuning firm, Manhart Racing, has just released a couple of images teasing its upcoming project for the new BMW M4. Working with the M4’s standard six-cylinder 3.0-liter engine, the tuner says it has managed to milk the stock engine, upping its output from 425 horsepower to 550. The Manhart MH4 550 project also adds a new body kit to the car, including various carbon-fiber parts, a redesigned hood, front spoiler and new kidney grille.
Exterior upgrades continue on the side and the rear, with wide side skirts and a new rear diffuser, in addition to a new trunk-lid spoiler that flows seamlessly into the newly-painted side stripes. Finally, the car’s brakes and suspension will also be upgraded, and larger wheels will be fitted in the back. Stay tuned for more details and pics.
