BMW's potent pocket rocket gets a serious injection of power and style.
Dubbed the MH1 400, the name of Manhart's latest aftermarket program based on the BMW M135i, should give you a clue as to its new output. By adding new turbochargers to the 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine, output has been boosted from 320 hp and 332 lb-ft to 400 hp and 414 lb-ft of torque. To ensure the M135i can properly manage all that power, Manhart fitted a KW Clubsport suspension along with upgraded brakes, and a set of 19-inch OZ Ultraleggera alloys.
The pocket rocket was also treated to some cosmetic touch-ups, including a carbon-fiber front splitter, rear diffusor, mirror caps, and a special matte foil wrap. The interior is trimmed with Alcantara, carbon fiber and comes with BMW Performance seats.
