Mansory has just revealed another of its otherworldly Mercedes-AMG G63 builds with the name Gronos Coupe EVO C, turning the four-door off-roader into a two-door 'coupe' with suicide doors and color-shifting paintwork. It may well be the wildest thing the tuner has ever come up with; just eight examples of the crazy creation will be built, but each will be so specialized in terms of customization that the tuner considers every build a one-of-one.

The styling is the first thing to grab your attention, but the luxury appointments are equally impressive, as is the fact that this unique G-Wagen has been tuned to develop a mesmerizing 888 horsepower with 885 lb-ft of torque, dropping the 0-62 mph time well below four seconds to 3.3.

Development of the Gronos Coupe EVO C took place alongside that of the Lamborghini Urus-based Venatus Coupe EVO C, another two-door created from the bones of a luxury high-rider. For the G-Class, the process began by removing all four doors, which was followed by the movement of the B-pillar further aft. This necessitated new, longer doors, as well as adjustments to door mechanisms, mountings, and more. To make things even more interesting, these doors are reverse-hinged suicide doors, very much like those on a Rolls-Royce.

Once completed, each car is specially painted, with this example presented in color-shifting Fludium Paint Chrome Atmosphere. To complete the exterior look, Mansory fitted its new FD.15 wheels for the first time, with these measuring 10x24 inches at each corner.

Plenty of forged carbon fiber is also evident, with fake vents, mirror caps, spoilers, mirror caps, door handles, exhaust surrounds, and more all finished from the exotic material. But it's the interior that is truly special.

Mansory can fashion just about anything a customer requests, but in this build, the individual rear seats for a four-seater layout are covered in quilted white leather with caramel piping and stitching. The custom center console makes sitting in the rear even more luxurious, and Mansory says it can adapt this piece to whatever the client requests.

As usual, pricing has not been disclosed, but as outrageous as the styling is, there's no doubt that the workmanship is exceptional. With that in mind, expect this build to cost somewhere deep in the six-figure region.
