The Mercedes SL63 AMG is a refined, stylish, and curvy touring roadster with a handcrafted AMG V8 making 577 horsepower and torque for days. The Mercedes SL63 AMG By Mansory conversion that the German tuning company is showing off on Instagram takes the time, and effort Mercedes put into its svelte roadster, lights it on fire, and tosses it in a dumpster. It takes the almost perfect long-distance roadster and adds a bunch of unnecessary carbon fiber, edges, creases, a hood only its designer could love, and a grille even BMW would be embarrassed by. It looks like Mansory has also played with the engine and is bragging about 0-62 mph in 3.2 seconds.

Mansory opened its first completely self-managed showroom in Dubai at the end of 2021, a part of the world where its cars should fit in just fine. The social media post mentions 22-inch wheels and a full leather interior, but we only hope the Mansory-branded seatbelts are optional.

The tuner says that there will be two performance levels available - P720 and P850. Mansory measures output in PS, so it's likely one is just under 720 horsepower and the other just under 850 hp. Both of which would be a huge boost over the AMG SL63's stock 577 hp.

There's not much more information than that, other than emissions and fuel consumption figures - things that none of Mansory's customers will care about. A quick look in Mansory's store shows the brand sells carbon fiber money clips, which is likely all we need to know. If that isn't enough, the brand also sells a carbon fiber office chair covered in a gold fabric for over $6,000.

Mercedes SL63 AMG By Mansory is a car for people with all the money but no taste, but it isn't Mansory's worst-looking vehicle, though. That prize goes to its Urus models.
