Glorious engine note befitting of the concept's stunning design.
It was one of the most impressive cars at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, and is surely Maserati’s sexiest creation in decades. Last weekend, the Alfieri was declared the winner of the Concept Cars category at the Villa d’Este, which is where our buddy Marchettino caught the stunning concept firing up and cruising around the shores of Lake Como. With styling inspired by the A6 GCS/54 and power coming from a 4.7-liter V8 rated at 466 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque, the centenary concept is a sight and sound to behold.
Maserati has every intention of putting the Alfieri into production in both coupe and convertible guises, using a 410-hp V6 for motivation.
