Matt Farah has already driven Hennessey Performance's ridiculously-awesome 600 horsepower Ford F-150 SVT Raptor-based Velociraptor and the ultra-impressive Lotus Exige-based Venom GT. It would make sense, then, that he would return to the Texas-based tuner and go for a spin in their ultra-loud 700hp Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. Farah, after driving the Camaro ZL1 of John Hennessey's creation, exudes positivity and delight.

He claims that Hennessey's package essentially turns the muscle car into a Corvette ZR1, and with a power profile above a Lamborghini Aventador, he is absolutely right. The Camaro ZL1 utilizes a heavily-modified V8 engine to produce 707hp and 717 lb-ft of torque. With a 3-year/36,000 mile limited warranty, the tuner has added a supercharger pulley system, upgraded camshaft, high-flow cylinder heads and catalytic converters, ECU recalibration, HPE's cold air induction system and more. John Hennessey also discusses his company's Cadillac CTS-V Hammer Wagon, an even more powerful model.

Saying it is a bit more powerful than the ZL1 but noting the Camaro's lighter overall weight, they decide there is nothing better to do with these powerful aftermarket models than to pit them head-to-head in a drag race. Check out the Tuned host in action in the clip below.
