It's inevitable the wizards at Quattro GmbH will eventually turbocharge the Audi RS5 range. In the meantime, tuning firms like McChip can be called upon to do the business. There are three stages of tune the German engine-chipping firm offers as part of its "MC5XX" package. Stage one includes a supercharger, intercooler and software optimization that comes in at a cool 19,999 Euros. For that, the 4.2-liter V8 is boosted from 444 hp and 316 lb-ft of torque to 543 hp and 405 lb-ft.

For 23,999 Euros, Stage two adds a sports exhaust and more software changes resulting in an output of 580 hp and 416 lb-ft of torque, while the 26,999-Euro Stage 3 package includes a revised compressor ratio that enhances manifold pressure. The result is an output of 600 hp and 435 lb-ft of torque. In all three stages, top speed is electronically limited to 200 mph.
