Car looks a write-off; no-one injured.
A brand-new McLaren 650S Spider was involved in a head-on collision with a Saab in central London on Saturday night, leaving its front end crumpled and body parts scattered across the road. The British supercar, which was registered in Monaco, was turning right at a set of traffic lights and collided with the Swedish convertible. The impact sent the McLaren into a spin and left both cars in pretty bad shape.
Supercar spotter Louis Malhame happened to be in the exclusive London area of Knightsbridge hoping to capture some exotic sheetmetal when the incident took place. His video shows the aftermath. No-one was injured in the crash, the airbags look to have done their job, while police officers were quick to cover leaking oil with sand.
