McLaren 675LT Spider Beautifully Rendered In All Its Never-Gonna-Happen Glory

Enjoy, just not too much.

McLaren has already said, right from the first press release that accompanied the debut of the 675LT, that it will not be making a convertible version of the car. It's just not what the 675LT is about, it's meant to be a track focused machine and removable roofs just add unnecessary weight. There's not going to be a 911 GT3 Cabriolet either. But that doesn't mean we can't pretend, and that's what these renderings are about, just a bit of a what if.

Renderer X-Tomi Design seems confident that McLaren will be building a 675 Spider at some point. We wouldn't hold our breaths, but we also wouldn't be surprised to learn that someone had sawed the roof off of one either.
