Thanks to these spy shots we can reveal BMW plans to add another model to its lineup, dubbed the Family Active Sports Tourer. The BMW FAST will slot between the recently unveiled 2 Series Active Tourer and the upcoming X1. Creating yet another crossover niche, the FAST will blend sporty wagon looks with MPV functionality and SAV solidity. Built on the carmaker's UKL platform underpinning the new Mini, the BMW FAST will feature hybrid technology and hit the market late 2015 as a 2016 model.
