Ask any Godzilla fanboy who creates the quickest Nissan GT-Rs on the planet and the overwhelming response will be Switzer and AMS Performance. These guys are masters at getting the maximum from GT-Rs, something that was unequivocally proven at a recent Moscow Unlimited test and tune day with Ohio-based Switzer Performance and Chicago's own AMS Performance both setting world records. The R35 Nissan GT-R Switzer R1K-X, packing over 1,400 hp, set the world record one-mile trap speed of 402.23 km/h (250.6 mph).

While its best run came in at 22.251 sec @ 400 km/h flat, the R35 Nissan GT-R AMS Alpha 12+/ Turbo Drive, with 1,700 hp on tap, claimed the world record for a one-mile run in a GT-R with a time of 22.086 sec @ 385.43 kim/h. Not a bad days work, wouldn't you say?
